MLGT series rubber roll husker is a well-designed production which absorbs the common features of advanced husker at home and abroad and combines with the professional research results of our company. It is an ideal equipment in the husking technology of rice milling plant. The paddy passing through a pair of rubber rolls rotating at different speeds in opposite direction is crushed and ripped, thus, husked. And worked by wind when passing through the husk separation chamber, the rice hulls and the mixture of paddy and husked rice are separated.

Feature:

1. High husking yield and low crackle ratio; the machine adopts reasonable line speed difference and adjustable roller pressure, the husking rate reaches 90%, the crackle ratio is less than 5%, and it remains stable during the production process.

2. Easy to use; adopt handle to adjust, rack ruler to position, feed rafter aligns the rolling distance automatically, and use gearbox to achieve the transform between fast and slow rollers;

3. Smooth operation; the main rotating parts are strictly tested, with smooth operation and low vibration force;

4. Low glue consumption; good ventilation and heat dissipation device to avoid the wear and tear of the rubber roller because of overheating;

5. The effect of separation is good, the raw material after the shelling passes through the air selector, and the mixture is separated from the big bran completely;

6. With double supporting construction, the rubber roller is not apt to form difference in roller end and dismeters, with steady performance.
