Introduction:

TQSX suction gravity de-stoner is mainly used in grain processing. It can clean the stones of approximately the same size and shape with grain kernels or oil seeds and heavy impurities from wheat, paddy, soybean, peanut, wind power, and moves downward along the slope of the sieve plate by gravity to the outlet, while the stones and heavier impruities sink to the bottom of the grain, and move to the de-stone outlet along the screen under the driving role of the dish scale sieve plate, then complete the stone removal process.

1. High stone removal efficiency, the stone sieve plate is a slat structure, suitable for processing raw materials with high stone content;

2. Easy to operate and compact;

3. The inclination of shutter sieve varies from 10° to 14° depending on the different feedstock to attain the best processing effect;

4. With external fan, fully sealed machine, and no dust outside machine, thereb gaining the end of environmental protection. Adopt reciprocating mechanism with rubber bearing,   low vibraion and low noise;

5. Adopt self-aligning bearing with looseness prevention device so as to make mechanical propert more stead.
